The banner is from a free download at the MCS club. I am entering the CES challenge who want " Banners, Flags and bunting".

Back again with some Kraft Cuteness !!!

Hi there this is such a gorgeous image I had to find some time to play with her. So I decided to go with Krafty Cute as I have a bit of a thing about Kraft card at the moment. She is available to buy at the wonderful Delicious Doodles shop HERE! She is called "Sniffing Daisies".

I printed directly onto Kraft card and coloured with promarkers, copics and spectrum noirs. I then added a sentiment.

Challenge I am entering  is The Crafty Pad Cute and Girly xxx
I hope you like what I have done!

Playing with my My Craft Studio and Mo's image xxx

Hi there I have been struggling to get to my computer but I have been creating lots of crafty stuff to sustain my Craft Addiction. I have taken  a bit of a breather from blogging to spend some quality time with the family as the beginning of 2011 was a traumatic time for all of us.

I have made this notebook for my eldest daughter who will start secondary school in 3 weeks to say Good Luck.

I used a free download from the  My Craft Studio Club I love the bunting isn't it just so sweet. The Design paper is also from this freebie. The sentiment is from the freebie too. I added some ribbon to hang my bunting from and the flowers are from the Paper Flower Expert Click Print go CD rom. I adore the three dimensional fuschias from this CD.

I used this cute image from Mo's Digital Pencil and I coloured with promarkers and copics. I have been colouring with my spectrum noirs over the weekend but I have a limited colour pallette for the moment. I enjoyed colouring with them but need to practise as they require a different technique to promarkers and too copics so need to perfect that a bit xxx

I am entering my notebook into the " Anything but a card " challenge over at the DP2 challenge.

Thanks for stopping by today I really appreciate your time and comments. I hope you are inspired too. Hugs Pascale

A Krafty Day!

Hi there everyone I have had a great Krafty Day and so I am sharing some of the fruits of my labour with you. I have made two cards for Delicious Doodles Shop. I hope you like them I am quite chuffed with how they turned out.
I'm  already thinking about Harvest time and the summer is barely upon us, well hop over to the Shop to see some gorgeous new releases with a harvest feel!! I used the gorgeous Autumn Fall paper to make these two makes. I decided to make tea bag folding paper adn both cards have no digital images they use simply paper.

The first card is one that I think is great for the season of Thanksgiving that will be upon us before we know it. I used the papers and changed the tone slightly to make two contrasting backing papers. I simply resized the original image to 2 inches squared and tiled to make the tea bag papers. I love this technique so theraputic.

I added some vellum to the top half of the papers and a ribbon. I then mounted onto kraft card and I added the stamped sentiment. I then added the finished tea bag folding and a decorative button. I also cut out some of the leaves to embellish the card too.

The second card is made using 5 squares of tea bag tiles to make the cross. I then added a button to decorate the cross. I again used a contrasing colour of backing paper by using my graphics program to change the colour. I added vellum,a ribbon and a stamped sentiment to complinent the cross. I also added some cut out leaves to the design.

There is still time to enter the DT call so hop on over to the Challenge blog for full deets.

Thanks for stopping by today I really appreciate your time and comments. I hope you are inspired too. Hugs Pascale

Hi there this week over at Sweet Pea Stampers we are going weekly with Team A taking the turn this week. We are having a challenge of "Sweet and Bright " this week.  I decided to make a 10p notebook a bit more funky and fun using my stamp from the Karen Middleton sweet pea stamps. I used copics and promakers to colour having stamped the image direct to the notepad. I added some ribbon from my stash for some more zing.

Hello hope you are all well and having a great week. I have been busy as my daughter is finishing primary school this week so lots of events to attend at the school.

I am really happy to bring you this card as my DT card for the Crafty Purple Frog. We want you to be inspired by WATER this week. I  used Serif Craftartist to create my Design paper. I cut out the centre of the porthole to place my image behind and put acetate in front of her. She is called Radiant Butterfly.

I added some glitter to the design paper. I then made an embellishment inspired by stamps away Ali on Create and Craft. I used wet toilet paper in a plastic starfish mould. Once it was dry i painted with some silver acrylic paint and added some glitter in a sand colour. The folded corner I created with Serif software and I added a brad for extra effect xxx

Sweet Pea Stampers

Hiya I am so sorry I am late posting my DT card for the Sweet Pea Stampers Challenge! This week we have an ANYTHING GOES theme. As long as you use a Sweet Pea Stamps image xxx
I have had a busy week I have been attending lots of Year 6 activities as it is their last year in Primary school so apologies for this quick post. My Daughter got her SATs results and she did brilliantly so I am really proud her in achieving what she did xxx She is level 5 for reading and she is level 4 for Maths, English and Science. As she does not have a tutor or any extra coaching in school I think she did exceedingly well as she goes rather unoticed in school xxx

I am proud of my other two childrens school reports too. I am so lucky to have such kind and well behaved children. I went on the whole school trip, in a friends car, to the beach yesterday and I must say my children are a great bunch of kids whom I really cherish xxx

I made this easel card using an image from Sweet Pea Stamps from Elaine Cox. The papers are from a My Craft Studio CD rom Finest Filagree. I coloured in the image with prismacolours and added some stickles to the image.

I hope you can join in the fun and please hop over to our Amy's shop which is sponsering us this week you need to go to the Crafty Purple Frog xxx

I am entering the following challenges:

Simon Says Stamp  - Anything Goes
Totally Papercrafts - Girly Girls

Lets Get Digital...!

Hi there as we are on a break over at the Delicious Doodles Challenge  blog . There are so many Delicious Doodles to choose from at the Delicious Doodles Shop so I have been  playing with this image. I love this image called Sexy Goth Girl she is so mesmerising I thought she would make a great extra in Twilight she has that vibe about her. For all of you who love the darker side she is a must have.

I have used my My Craft Studio "Tattered Lace" CD rom to create the Layout and the flowers and I decided to keep Sexy Goth Girl as she comes in this fantastic sketch format. I just decoupaged her for some depth to my card. The CD rom is a current favourite of mine the backgrounds are divine xxx

Keep your eyes peeled over at the Delicious Doodles Challenge blog for the DT call that Teri will be running over the holiday, we are all really excited about some new DT members joining us xxx
