Lace

Hello just quickly stopping in to show you my creation for the Delicious Doodles Challenge this week. I am running late so it will be very quick.
I used the awesome Leather and Lace and Celtic Frame from the store for this creation. I created a background using my gelli plate and acrylic paints and I used a piece of lace and some masks to create some texture in the background. I coloured my image with alcohol pens and then I went over the jacket with some crackle glaze to create a leather look. I did this with the gloves too. I added some lace around the border of the Celtic Frame for added texture. I mounted onto orange card added some eyelets and put onto a white scalloped card.

Back later to link up to some challenges xxx

Thanks for stopping by today I really appreciate your time and comments. I hope you are inspired too. Hugs Pascale

Something for the boys

Hi hope everyone is getting some spring sunshine as we are in London. I am just sharing with you a project I have made for the Delicious Doodles Challenge this week our challenge is to create " Something for the Boys". I have made this wall hanging for a Father Day gift for my Dad.

I used my gelli plate with some masks to create the background.  I chose some photos of me with my Dad and older sister and one of Dad. I modgepodged to the canvas. I then used a technique with Modge Podge to transfer the Vintage Norton bike and Vintage car to the Canvas so it looks like a stamped image. I added some distress ink with stencils and attached the three canvases together

Challenges I would like to enter are
