Forever Friends

I thought I would join in with the forever friends challenge this week. It is a sketch a lovely little one. Here is my baby card.

Forever friends - Tall and slim card

Here is my tall slim card for the Forever Friends challenge. I made a baby girl card. I have kept it quite contemporary and fresh. The bear is not that twinkly in real life. My next project should be photography lessons. The light in our flat is terrible for photography. Photos are a hit and miss.

Forever Friends and Stash and Sketch

The forever friends challenge this week is to use ribbons creatively. Easy one for me as I love to use a ribbon or two when crafting. I used some satin ribbon on this boy baby card. I tied it around the blanket to make it look as if it is keeping the blanket together and also as a tag embellishment at the side I am really upset Woolworths is bust as I got this ribbon from there and a few other bits and bobs. I also used this card for the sketch and stash challenge. A yummy sketch very simple to use but stylish. There is a chance to be a Guest Designer too. I used mostly new stash including my scalloped nesties, papermania paper, coredination card and my forever friends stamp.

This is my entry for the challenge over atForever friends challenge blog It is to make an ATC with your forever friends goodies. I only have two stamps at the moment so you will see lots of baby stuff!!!! I am so excited today we are first on the list for a maisonette so I am just praying to God we stay there till Midnight so we can view it!!!

Friday sketchers

This is the sketch at Friday sketchers this week. It was designed by Kristine. It is a great sketch and I decided to make a boy baby card. Those of you who read my posts regularly will know that I have lots of pregnant friends and a lack of cards. I always like to have at least 3/4 spare baby cards available. Here it is.

I used the versitile Basic Grey "Granola" papers once more. I stamped my new Forvever Friends image and coloured him with a mixture of promarkers and brush pens. I used my nestibilities to create a frame for him. I cut out two squares and tied together with gingham ribbon. I then created my sentiment. Part of which will make up the image. I then made a DL card and added some backing papers. Fininshing touch and always great on a baby card, some buttons!

2 in one - Sketch Saturday and Charisma cardz challenge!

Hi again, I have combined Charisma card challenge and sketch saturday to make this baby card. I have short supply of baby cards and I have lots of pregnant friends. I really enjoyed working with the sketch and I loved using my new forever friends stamp for the first time. I used brush pens to colour it in. The challenge at charisma cards is pink which I am using a lot of at the moment so again it was just fun, fun, fun!!!!
