Hello everyone ,so it is already week 4 of the Winter Wonderland challenges. It has been so delightful visiting everyones blogs and seeing their christmas cards. It is also so good that everyone is having such a good time whilst joining in each week.
we have a fabulous giveaway too which will be sent to one lucky player who's name is drawn randomly - check back next Saturday to find out who!! The kit includes some stamped images of the one's used on Anne's projects this week, including a fabulous snowman stamp very kindly donated by Funky Kits!
This week the team would like to see you use Blue in your christmas projects or cards.
I decided to use my gorgeous sugar nellie stamp to make this card. I brought her with the intention of making christmas cards. So here is my first christmas card using her.
I am into making scene cards at the moment so here is a little christmas scene. I used a brayer to make the night sky and window. I masked off the frame and the moon and then used blue inks on my brayer to ink the sky. I then used a snowflake stamp inked with versamark to create snowflakes in the ink. The versamark takes the ink away.
I then made some mini curtains using some linen that I coloured with fabric pens. Then I stitched them with my sewing machine, a good way to practise stitches. I made a curtain rail from card and gems ,to hang them on. I added a christmas backing paper as the wallpaper and a strip of card as the skirting board and pale blue paper as the carpet. I placed my girl walking past the window to place her present under the tree.
Can't wait to visit all your blogs to see your christmas creations.
