Whiff of joy! Black and white and a hint of colour

Spare a thought for the hillsborough 96 today it is 20years since this terrible tradegy happened. 96 people were crushed to death. For those of you who don't know too many people entered a football match back in 1989 and it meant 9 I have been a Liverpool FC fan since I was 6 so I have just watched a very moving memorial service on TV.

I made this as I watched and I think these colours so suit a thinking of you card. I have used musing Melinda from the Whiff of joy collection of guardian angels. I have also been decorating my daughters nails with pink glittery nail varnish how fun is that. I am deciding whether to do orange of blue. My shoes are blue and my top is a mixture of colours that I am wearing for the wedding any advice will be appreciated. I have dyed the mop a lovely chestnut brown and I am having it cut into a bob on Friday. I need a radical change!!!! I am getting quite excited now.

Lovely Card. I shared in the minute silence today - I didnt watch the memorial but I knew that at 15:06 there was going to be a silence to I did it and thought of the 96 who died that tragic day. I just wish the families could find some closure but no one will admit to the atrocities that happened that day.

Anyways - I really do Like you card! I think the colours were very fitting for today!

Beautiful card Pascale, I absolutely LOVE this, it must go down as one of your best creations !! Just fabby !! :-)

We lived on the Wirral and we worked in Liverpool for 8 years, I was living there when this happened, the whole area was in mourning, sad doesn't describe it, those people who died will never be forgotten, nor will their poor families and friends.
