Sweet Pea Stampers - Paperpiecing

This week we want to see some "Paper Piecing" on your projects at the Sweet Pea Stampers challenge blog .
I love paperpiecing and it is a quick fix if you don't always have time to colour an image.
The prize available this week is this beautiful stamp >©ching chou kuik's Fantasy Easter Ocean which is on sale at Sweet Pea Stamps owned by the very lovely and generous Lynette.

Lynette always has a sale on and regular new releases so you never know you may pick up some real bargins. I know there are limited grab bags on offer containing 6 images and 5 sentiments for $10.00 ,why don't you hop over and take a look?

We have a Guest designer joining us this week the lovelyLinda her work is amazing so please hop over to her blog and give her some love x

For my card I used my DCWV Linen closet papers. These papers lend themselves to so many designs. What I love about them is the muted shades. I paperpieced the trees, the cat and the dress on this image. The rest of the image is coloured with promarkers and copics. The beautiful image is ching-chou kuik's Purple Woods

I made a frame using my silhouette vine punch to sit the image in. I added some lace and some flowers from my stash. If you love Sweet Pea Stamps please come and join in the fun x Thanks for stopping by today hugs Pascale.
