Thank God for cards!

Hi everyone feeling a little bit jaded as I have sorted everything and have been left in limbo by the housing association as to when we will move. I can obviously refine the sorting but currently have lost the heart. I want to say a quick sorry for being a bit slack in commenting I haven't forgotton you all and it is my favourite thing about blogging.
I have managed to get some cardmaking done to cheer myself up. Here is one card for the Just Magnolia challenge . The challenge is to make a card based on the theme friendship. I wanted to use the my new humming bird image. I am not sure I am entirely satisfied with this one.
The second one is for the Colour create challenge . The theme is summer and the colours are sand, blue, silver and black. I used my Simon says stamp stamps for the background and the Miss Anya is from the greeting farm.

Love both of your cards and the touch of black on each of them really sets off the other colours.I also agree with you - crafting does help when times are crap.

Hi Pascale, gorgeous cards. Love that cute colibri, mine hasn't seen ink yet!! Great use of the colours on your CC card. Love that fabulously coloured Anya - hope she enjoyed her time at the seaside!
Hope your move all sorts itself out soon. I arrived two weeks ago and am still sorting things out. It certainly puts a halt on blogging doesn't it?
