High hopes challenge - Polka dots
High hopes challenge this week is to use Polka dots on your project. I use my dancing cow image and Party animal sentiment both are high hopes stamps. I kept it very simple I used blue card stock from my stash, Promarkers to colour, HOTP papers some brads to embellish. I hope you like it.
