For my card I used this GORGEOUS sheet recently released over at the Crafty Purple Frog. It is called kimono rainbow Mermaid Decoupage.
I wanted to make a christmas card so I made some baubles with a paperartsy stamp and some glittery SPARKLEY embossing powder.The paper was a magazine freebie. I also added some sparkly gems.
