Here is my card made using the very gorgeous Exotic Ocean Fantasy decoupage which I surrounded with flowers that I crafted from My Craft Studio Paper Flower Expert CD Rom. The backing paper is also from this. The bunting is from their Embellishment Attic CD rom.
